Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather detailed business requirements and use cases, and translate technical specifications into product requirements.
  • Create team strategies and establish project scopes of work; communicate project deliverable timeframes and benchmarks to clients.
  • Formulate strategic plans for component development to support future project objectives.
  • Analyze and define clients business strategy and determine system architecture requirements to achieve business goals.
  • Suggest architectural improvements, design and integration solutions, and formulate methodologies to optimize object-oriented software and database development.
  • Write and implement new server, business tier, and database standards.
  • Organize end-user training and problem analysis for server, desktop, and IT infrastructure work.
  • Develop data architecture design to facilitate targeted customer analysis.


  • Bachelors Degree, MCSD certification or other advanced level of industry certification.
  • Minimum ten (10) years working experience with Microsoft .Net (MVC, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server).
  • Experience using various separation patterns such as: MVC, MVVM and MVP.
  • Minimum four (4) years experience with SOA architectures and REST API’s.
  • Minimum ten (10) years working experience with SQL Server or other advanced level databases.
  • Strong database modeling skills
  • Experience with Object-relational mapping (ORM) using Entity Framework, Linq-To-Sql or NHibernate.
  • Excellent oral and written professional communication skills that project a positive, professional image.

Experience with:

  • .NET 4.0/4.5, ASP.NET, MVC 4/5, C# w/ Razor, LINQ to SQL, Entity Framework 5+, Generics, Visual Studio 2010/2012, Subversion, ADO.NET, T-SQL, .NET Security, MS SQL 2012/2014, IIS 6/7+, Windows 8/10, WCF, Web API, XML, HTML, CSS, XSLT, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and UML, SOA architectures.
  • OOA & OOD concepts
  • Windows OS Environment
  • Cross-browser and interface testing
  • Sql Server performance tuning
  • Troubleshooting & debugging Internet technologies
  • Source code control tools SVN, GIT
  • Perform code reviews, implement best practices
  • Unit testing, integration testing, load testing, xUnit, AutoFixture, Moq etc.
  • Troubleshooting & debugging Internet technologies
  • Quality assurance testing
  • Utilizing or building Content Management Systems
  • Implementing distributed solutions with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services
  • A plus but not required: IOS/Android/Windows 8 Metro mobile development, Powershell
