Free Lunch Sweepstakes
Leverage the insight that many bank customers sacrifice their lunch breaks to deposit their checks at a branch to develop a campaign that encourages late-adopting bank customers to discover the convenience of mobile deposits.
The Capital One Free Lunch Sweepstakes offered bank customers a chance to win free lunches for an entire year simply for depositing checks with their mobile phone (and "saving" their lunch break).
To encourage ongoing behavior, each new deposit was another chance to win weekly prizes. The program leveraged existing Capital One customer information to create a frictionless registration process, which meant everyone was eligible to win over $7,000 worth of free lunches with each mobile deposit they made.
To drive program awareness, we created digital ads, emails and a series of Facebook posts advertising the sweepstakes.
